weekend mornings

it feels like the weekends i had years ago when i used to wake up really early and spent hours in my bed, finishing books and eating chocolate, while waiting for mom and dad to wake up, so we could have a large breakfast.
interesting how that feeling persists, although i know i will never experience it exactly the same way.

suddenly

"Suddenly" is familiar to you by now.
It stealthily approaches from behind; it often heralds its approach before it actually appears. The anxiety is excruciating. You have an increasing perception of evil behind your back. It is as if a horde of invisible spirits had entered behind you, and you turn to the woman in charge with the plea:
"Madam, would you mind shutting the door? It makes me nervous. I don't like sitting with my back to the door."
Everyone laughs. You also laugh: as if "Suddenly" did not exist!
